Cancellation
・Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before your reserved schedule.
・Cancellation made at the same day of the reserved schedule costs a
1 time lesson fee.

Refund
・Lesson fee is not refundable.

Reschedule
・Your next reserved date and time will be automatically our next lesson schedule. Please contact your teacher if you haven’t made your lesson reservation.

Payment
・Payment should be made before making your lesson reservation.
Student should pay their chosen lesson ticket first before acquiring the actual lesson.
